Early Childhood Workgroup

The goal of the Early Childhood Workgroup is to develop projects and community partnerships that prepare our youngest students (and their families) to make the vital transition into kindergarten.

Defining Objectives

Expand Parent Engagement around Literacy

Support Kindergarten Transition Teams

Improve Pre-K Attendance

Improve Kindergarten Registration Rates

Increase Number of Children Reading at Appropriate Grade Level
