W3C promotes collaboration between agencies in order to provide the best services and support for the residents of Wayne County.
The Wayne County Coordinating Council (W3C) serves the County as an incubator of collaborations between agencies and the community, fostering opportunities to maximize community benefits while decreasing resource consumption.
W3C provides collaborative educational forums to foster opportunities supporting the communities and people of Wayne County.
