The goal of the Wayne Wellness Workgroup is to Promote optimal health across Wayne County with special focus on children, youth & families while enhancing coordination of care to support emotional wellness.
Defining Objectives
Develop a Plan to Broaden Community Promotion & Prevention Efforts
Identify and Implement Evidence-Based and Research-Based Prevention Programs
Develop an Awareness Campaign for Professionals and Community on Social Emotional Health & Wellness & Reduce Stigma
Outline a Plan to Strengthen Cooperation and Coordination Between Behavioral and Community Health partners
