Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in adults. This is a free two-day course, and attendance is required on both days.

About the event
Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in adults. This training gives participants the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to a person who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them with the appropriate care. This is a two-day course that takes place on October 13th AND 14th from 7:30 - 10:30 AM. Attendance is required on both days.
