Come and join us at the 6th annual Color Wayne Fun Run/Walk, starting and ending at Erie Shore Landing. You'll get to take in the beautiful sights of the Erie Canalway Trail in Newark while enjoying music, yard games, snacks, color powder stations, and more. It's a family-friendly event that's open to everyone, whether you walk, run, or roll. This is not an official timed race and the route is approximately 1.5 miles. - *Note the first 300 people will get $5 off and an Arc Wayne gaiter! The Color Wayne Fun Run/Walk/Roll is an official Canalway Challenge 1st Mile Event. Completing your first mile here is the perfect way to challenge yourself and stay active through the Canalway Challenge. You can find all the details at www.canalwaychallenge.org. This event is sponsored by The NYS Canal Corporation, the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor, and the NYSARC Trust Services Grant. By participating in this event, you're also contributing to a great cause. 100% of the proceeds go towards enhancing programs and services for individuals with disabilities in our community through The Arc of Wayne Foundation.
