About the event
At our October meeting we chart our course for the next two years; we prepare the outline and shape of the work together and final articulations happen in workgroups. We draw ideas from almost everywhere, including our own experience. Using the strategic plans from schools, county agencies, local non-profits, the Evalumetrics Youth Survey, the County Health Improvement Plan, Finger Lakes Community Actions’ needs assessment, and other data we review and revise workgroup thematic goals and consider gaps in our workgroup structure itself. We will start in whole group, move to assorted small groups and close in workgroup formations. Come ready to think about collaboration and success.
