Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes Region

The Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes Region (CSP-FLR) provides free breast, colon and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic care to eligible people who do not have health insurance, or who are under-insured and who live in Wayne, Ontario, Seneca, Yates, Monroe and Livingston counties. The mission of the CSP-FLR is to reduce cancer-related mortality, morbidity and health disparities, and to improve heath equity among New Yorkers. CSP-FLR also provides free case management and patient navigation to uninsured people, as well as education and outreach services with regard to cancer risk reduction, screening options and resources.
